Godwin is a Ghanaian attorney who specializes in corporate and commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, energy and infrastructure, immovable property law, IP and IT law, and corporate and immigration practices. He also handles high-level corporate transactions and legal advisory services and represents both local and international clients in civil and criminal matters before the Superior Courts of Ghana. Prior to joining the Law Office of Elisa Kumadey, Godwin works as an attorney of AB & David Africa, a Pan-African business law firm in Africa, where he actively represented clients in dispute resolutions before the Superior Courts of Ghana. Godwin also provided legal advice to both local and international clients in the energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors. He provided legal opinions to a wide range of corporate clients in the areas of IT and Intellectual and Immovable Property, Infrastructure, and Energy.
